Building on successful network management sales experience in a business/services environment, this achiever will contribute high-energy style and the ability to meet goals. As a member of our sales team, you will target ONLY NEW ACCOUNTS and gain NEW BUSINESS CUSTOMERS in an assigned territory.


Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree with a proven successful track record of new account acquisition in a network management environment required.

Support Engineer

Job Description:

§          Develop and maintain technical expertise in the areas of solution and product performance especially pertaining to performance tools, benchmarks and proof of concepts.

§          Develop technical expertise on emerging technologies and leading edge solutions and products Analyze customer requirements and provide technical expertise to design appropriate solution.

§          Provide consulting to Sales Team, Customer, and associated 3rd Parties on complex solution and product performance situations and issues.

§          Document product and customer support needs.

§          Ensure proper solution configuration, hardware and software, is ready and functional for Customer's performance activity prior to their scheduled arrival.

§          Provide hardware and software support during activity, including troubleshooting, problem analysis, and implementing solutions.

§          Ensure that the supportability, serviceability and reparability requirements of the Business and Customer are met.

§          Monitor support processes to ensure effectiveness.

§          Responsible for overall customer satisfaction. Identify and coordinate required training, documentation, web information to support programs.


Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

§          BS Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent education and experience

§          3 years of systems engineering, technical consulting, or experience in a customer support role that included product support planning.

§          Microsoft OS, UNIX, and Linux experience

§          Strong verbal and written communication skills

§          Excellent analytical and problem solving skills High degree of initiative
